Terms of Use for Wedding Bells

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Wedding Bells. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account & Access

• You must provide a valid full name, email address, and phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree not to use another person's account or impersonate any person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wedding Bells only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app to engage in fraud or financial abuse.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the software.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the app.
• Add someone to a wedding plan without their knowledge or consent.

4. Free & Paid Plans

Wedding Bells offers both free and paid plans:

• Free Plan: Wedding budget tracking for up to 3 family members, core features.
• Wedding Plan (one-time purchase): Full wedding planning tools for up to 20 family members.
• Personal Basic / Premium (subscriptions): Advanced personal finance tools, including data export.

Purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed through the Google Play Store and may be canceled at any time through your Google Play account. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play policy.

5. Wedding Plans & Shared Data

When you create or join a wedding plan, the expenses, budget, and related details you and other members add are visible to every member of that wedding plan. You are responsible for who you invite. Wedding Bells is not responsible for disputes between wedding plan members over shared financial data.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and software used in Wedding Bells are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We detect suspicious, abusive, or illegal activity.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us below.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wedding Bells is provided "as is." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on budget calculations or notifications from the app.

9. Privacy

Use of Wedding Bells is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and handle your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
